Requisitos mínimos

- Must be a “team player” with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently

- Knowledge of backup applications (Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault, etc.)

- Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.)

- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

- Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge)

- Firewall Technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, etc.)

- Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies

- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server

- In-depth working knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0 and above

- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune

- Previous Experience in a fast-paced consulting, MSP environment, or System Administrator is a plus

- Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementation of Site-to-Site VPN on Cisco, Palo Alto and FortiGate Platforms


Nice to Have:

- Experience in previously supporting managed services customers.

- Experience in Linux Administration

- Experience in IT Security tools such as EDR, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management platforms

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
