Job Role
You will oversee junior developers on projects and supporting various development duties, contribute with technical decisions for Product path definition, write code, analyse data, and contribute to the design and implementation of software.
You will have highly honed skills in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and good communication skills.
Extensive experience in software development, be able to keep up to date with deadlines, and have strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform coding assignments.
Review code work for accuracy and functionality.
Contribute with technical decisions for Product path definition.
Address technological challenges and introduce new solutions.
Analysing code segments regularly.
Delegate tasks to team members.
Keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments.
Coach and develop team members
Requisitos mínimos
Profile:
A minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar positions.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.
Extensive knowledge of software development and its technologies.
Strong knowledge of C++, JAVA, PHP, and SQL.
Proficient in Voip, SIP, SBC and SRTP.
Experience working in cloud solutions.
Solid experience in coding.
Strong knowledge of user interfaces.
Good communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to speak and write in English.
