Job Role
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist you will collaborate with a team on various projects, contributing to technical decisions,
play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and services. This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting tests and inspections, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Drive testing strategy and creation on ITC products
Define, execute and maintain efficient automated test setups
Work closely with software development engineers to improve existing products
Guarantee continuously improvement on quality assurance standards and company processes
Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Work in an international, multi-cultural team
Requisitos mínimos
Profile:
Proficient on test case automation using Selenium or similar
Experience in test execution and defect management
Experience with Python and Java
Experience in CI/CD
In-depth understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes
Good customer focus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience on software testing
Proficient in English
Master's degree in Computer Science
